A partir del 1° de enero de 2026, los Subsecretarios Generales Grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes Grado 12 de ambas corporaciones devengarán como asignación básica mensual total la suma equivalente a veintiséis millones seiscientos cuarenta y nueve mil ochocientos doce pesos ($26.649.812) moneda corriente.
