Las partes o sus apoderados pueden solicitar, de común acuerdo, todas las veces que lo tengan a bien, la suspensión del juicio por tiempo determinado. El escrito que contenga tal solicitud debe presentarse personalmente al Secretario, de lo cual se extiende una diligencia que se firma por éste y los solicitantes.
