LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.8.11.10.7. Asignación de cupos a pequeños y medianos cultivadores nacionales. Los cupos ordinarios de los pequeños y/o medianos cultivadores licenciatarios serán asignados de manera prioritaria, una vez sea radicada la respectiva solicitud y cumpla con los requisitos del caso, y una vez estos cupos hayan sido asignados se procederá a la asignación de cupos de los demás licenciatarios.
