° Para los efectos del artículo 32 de la Ley 20 de 1979, se entiende por indemnización correspondiente a: Daño emergente los ingresos en dinero o en especie percibidos por el asegurado para sustituir el activo patrimonial perdido, hasta concurrencia del valor asegurado; y por indemnización correspondiente al lucro cesante, los ingresos percibidos para sustituir una renta que el asegurado deja de realizar.
