Art. 6° Cuando los netos, documentos ó diligencias de que hablen los incisos 1.° á 6.°, 14, 15, 16, 18 y 19 del artículo que precade, excedían por el valor de que expresan, ó por el número de hectáreas, llevarán una estampilla más de 3. a clase por cada cinco mil excedente.
