El que por menosprecio o vilipendio destruya, despedace o ultraje en público la bandera, el escudo o cualquier otro emblema nacional de un Estado extranjero, está sujeto a la pena de seis meses a dos años de prisión. Para proceder en este caso se necesita la queja del Gobierno respectivo.
