La Biblioteca estará dirigida y administrada por una Junta Directiva compuesta por el Gobernador del Departamento de Córdoba, por el Presidente del Tribunal Superior del Distrito, por el Presidente del Colegio de Abogados de Córdoba, por el Obispo de la Diócesis, por un delegado del Concejo Municipal, todos con sus respectivos suplentes.
