°. Instalación. La instalación del Consejo Nacional de Paz se surtirá en acto público presidido por el Presidente de la República, cuando vencido el término señalado en los artículos precedentes hayan sido elegidas las dos terceras partes de sus miembros. En caso contrario, el Grupo de Impulso continuará propendiendo por la organización y elección de los miembros de la sociedad civil con el fin de lograr la instalación del Consejo Nacional de Paz en el menor tiempo posible.
