Finalidad del SDJE. La finalidad del SDJE es coordinar y articular interinstitucionalmente a las entidades públicas del orden nacional y territorial, a través de estrategias encaminadas a gestionar eficazmente el ciclo de defensa jurídica del Estado, reducir la litigiosidad y el impacto fiscal de las condenas en contra del Estado.
