° El artículo 17 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Entrega de las mercancías. Las Administraciones de Aduana permitirán el levante de las mercancías cuando se haya efectuado el pago de lo que corresponda, o aceptado las garantías cuando procedan, o cumplido con los requisitos especiales que se prevean, según el caso”.
