Artículo único. Inscríbase en la lista de pensionados por invalidez, a consecuencia del combate de Garrapata, el día 20 do noviembre de 1876, al Teniente-coronel Domingo Tavera, i se le ausiliará con la suma mensual de las dos terceras partes del sueldo que conforme al grado efectivo que tuviera en ese dia, le corresponde.
