En el caso de que las personas obligadas por las disposiciones del artículo 160 a confrontar la entrega de mercancía a la aduana simultáneamente con los funcionarios aduaneros, no lo hicieren así, las listas formadas por los funcionarios serán tenidas por verdaderas, y no se aceptarán reclamaciones por diferencia alguna en la mercancía.
