Articulo 2º . Para la cuenta de ahorro de valor constante las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda reconocerán una tasa efectiva de interés no inferior al cuatro por ciento (4%) anual, sobre el saldo mínimo trimestral expresado en unidades de poder adquisitivo constante (UPAC), siempre y cuando éste sea igual o superior a dos unidades de poder adquisitivo constante.
