Artículo. 2. ° Corresponde al poder Ejecutivo disponer o permitir la ereccion, en el espacio o faja que constituye la servidumbre legal la del uso de las riberas, de cualesquiera obras que sirvan para mejorar la navegacion, tal como la define el artículo precedente.
