Al que omita colocar los aparatos, señales o avisos destinados a prevenir accidentes en el trabajo o en las vías de comunicación, o los altere o dañe, se le impondrá arresto de diez días a un año. Si de tal hecho se produjere un siniestro, se impondrá prisión, de seis meses a cuatro años. CAPITULO II Delitos contra la salubridad pública.
