Este censo regirá para todos los actos oficiales, desde el 1° de enero de 1922, y será publicado junto con la presente Ley, ciñéndose al informe que el Director General de Estadística rindió al Ministerio de Hacienda, y que fue autenticado el 29 de agosto de 1921, censo, que fue sometido a la aprobación del Congreso el día 2 de septiembre del mismo año, por el Ministro de Gobierno.
