º El Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte Coldeportes, si se trata de Federaciones Deportivas Nacionales o las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes, si se trata de clubes o ligas, otorgarán personería jurídica por resolución motivada, a los organismos deportivos que cumplan los requisitos y procedimientos que se indican en el Decreto 2845 de 1984 y las presentes normas.
