Artículo único . Las primas de exportación emitidas en virtud del Decreto ejecutivo número 172 de 1886, que no hubieren sido amortizadas, lo serán por el sistema de remates mensuales en la forma establecida para la deuda pública interior.

Asígnase como fondo de amortización para estas primas la cantidad de diez y ocho mil pesos ($18.000) por año.
