Art. 12 . La Sala de lo criminal conocerá de los asuntos que le están atribuidos en la misma forma que por las leyes vigentes conoce la Sala de lo criminal del Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca.

Parágrafo

Si hubiere desacuerdo entre los dos Magistrados al dictarse alguna sentencia definitiva, ingresará por turno en esta Sala uno de los Magistrados que forman la de lo civil.
