ARTICULO 153 . TRANSITORIEDAD . Los procesos disciplinarios que al entrar en vigencia el presente decreto que se encuentren con pliego de cargos notificado legalmente, continuarán su trámite hasta el fallo definitivo de conformidad con el procedimiento establecido en las normas anteriores.
