Financiación de las actividades de educación, información y fomento de la salud y de prevención secundaria y terciaria de la enfermedad. En el proceso de compensación, la ADRES, para cada período, reconocerá a las EPS y EOC, un valor per cápita, definido por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, para la financiación de actividades de educación, información y fomento de la salud y de prevención secundaria y terciaria de la enfermedad.

Las EPS y EOC presentarán al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social la información correspondiente a la ejecución de estos recursos.
