Decreto 2646 de 1994 · por el cual se establece la Prima Especial de Riesgos para los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad

º. Los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad que desempeñen cargos de las áreas de Dirección Superior y Administrativa no contemplados en los artículos anteriores, tendrán derecho a percibir mensualmente y con carácter permanente una Prima Especial de Riesgo equivalente al quince por ciento (15%) de su asignación básica mensual.

Parágrafo

El Director y el Subdirector del Departamento no tendrán derecho a percibir la prima de que trata el presente Decreto.
