º . De la reunión en que se hagan las elecciones se levantara un acta especial que firmara los concurrentes que quieran hacerlo, y que será protocolizada durante los quince ( 15 ) días siguientes a la fecha de la misma reunión. Las protocolizaciones de que trata el artículo 3º de la Ley 28 de 1931, se llevaran a cabo por el Secretario de la Cámara dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la sección de que se trate. De las escrituras de protocolización se enviara copia al Ministerio, las elecciones de dignatarios se comunicaran en cada caso a todas la Cámara de Comercio del país.
