RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS BANCOS POR PAGO IRREGULAR DE CHEQUE FISCALES . Los establecimientos bancarios que pagaren o negociaren en cualquier forma violaren lo previsto en la ley sobre el cheque fiscal, responderán en su totalidad por el pago irregular y sus empleados responsables quedarán sometidos a las sanciones legales y reglamentarias del caso.
