Artículo tercero. A este efecto, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional transmitirá a las Direcciones Departamentales de Educación Pública, a las Intendencias y Comisarías y a las Universidades y establecimientos oficiales de educación, el texto del presente Decreto, a fin de que en sus respectivas jurisdicciones se preste la más amplia colaboración en los actos que sean programados para la conmemoración del "Día de las Naciones Unidas".
