Art. 6.° El Gobierno reconoce que en virtud de la unificación de la Legislación nacional han caducado ipso jure , los privilegios concedidos por las antiguas Asambleas Legislativas de los extinguidos Estados soberanos, en todo lo relativo á las disposiciones de este decreto y que á ellas se oponga.
