Los técnicos de sanidad agraria tendrán pasaje gratis en los ferrocarriles nacionales y derecho a las exenciones que las leyes establecen para los empleados nacionales en desempeño de comisiones oficiales, en las empresas fluviales y terrestres de transportes, cuando por razón del empleo tengan que trasladarse de uno a otro lugar.
