Son obligaciones de las empresas

Mantener un sistema adecuado de mantenimiento preventivo de los vehículos.

Cumplir con las rutas y horarios autorizados.

Contratar el personal de conductores.

Portar la razón social y distintivos que permitan identificar los vehículos a ella vinculados.

Tramitar, obtener y suministrar la tarjeta de operación para los vehículos al servicio de la empresa.

Contar con los fondos de responsabilidad civil y mantener vigentes las pólizas exigidas.
