°. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por la Ley 75, son oficiales de actividad todos los que desempeñen funciones en el Ejército o en la administración militar en general, siempre que tengan grado militar efectivo y se encuentren por tanto inscritos en el escalafón militar de la República.
