º. En desarrollo del artículo 32 de la Ley 489 de 1998, serán invitados permanentes a las sesiones de la Comisión, los siguientes miembros de la Sociedad Civil

El Presidente de la Asociación Nacional de Diputados o su delegado.

El Presidente de la Federación Nacional de Concejos o su delegado.

Un representante de las Comunidades Negras.

Un representante de las Comunidades Indígenas.
