Los Cupos Establecidos En El Artículo 1° Del Presente Decreto Serán Reglamentados Y Administrados Por La Dirección De Comercio Exterior Del Ministerio De Comercio, Industria Y Turismo

°. Los cupos establecidos en el artículo 1° del presente decreto serán reglamentados y administrados por la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. Estos cupos serán distribuidos en un 90% para importadores tradicionales y un 10% para los nuevos.

Parágrafo

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 4° de la Resolución 1116 de la Secretaría General de la Comunidad Andina, se deberá informar mensualmente a esta Secretaría General sobre las importaciones que se realicen al amparo del diferimiento autorizado en el artículo 1° del presente decreto.
