° Hecha la distribucion del terreno por la Junta dicha, se pasarán las dilijencias respectivas al Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Bolívar, a quien se autoriza para resolver los reclamos que puedan hacerse sobre la distribucion. Al efecto podrá señalar un término para que se hagan las reclamaciones ; i concluido éste i resueltas aquellas, aprobará la distribucion i ordenará se protocolen los documentos en la Notaría pública que convenga, prévio rejistro.
