VALOR DE LOS GASTOS EN ESPECIE. El valor de los pagos o abonos en especie, que sean constitutivos de expensas necesarias o inversiones amortizables, se determina en el valor comercial de las especies en el momento de la entrega. Si en pago de obligaciones pactadas en dinero se dieren especies, el valor de éstas se determina, salvo prueba en contrario, por el precio fijado en el contrato. DEDUCCIONES GENERALES.
