Los tramites a que se refieren los artículos precedentes deberán cumplirse dentro de un plazo máximo de ocho (8) días, y de su iniciación y resultados se dará aviso al Jefe de Personal para efectos del control de la acción. Este término se contará a partir de la fecha en que se inicie la investigación.
