A partir de la vigencia de esta ley y hasta tanto se efectué la respectiva adjudicación, las sumas que el instituto de crédito territorial reciba por concepto de arrendamiento de quienes cumplan sus requisitos, se abonara como parte del precio, previa deducción de las cuotas por servicios comunales.
