Los sueldos señalados á los empleados encargados de desempeñar las funciones propias del personal del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, personal que es el mismo que ha venido prestando sus servicios en dicho Ministerio, quedan sometidos á la deducción del quince por ciento (15 por 100) establecida por el Decreto número 375 de 1908.
