Condonase el señor Mario Fernández, o a su herederos, la suma de tres mil seiscientos setenta pesos treinta y seis centavos oro, y los intereses que se devenguen hasta la expedición de la presente Ley, que la Corte de Cuentas ha deducido a cargo de dicho señor, como Cónsul de la Republica en Maracaibo en el tiempo comprendido desde el mes de agosto de 1904 hasta el 18 de junio de 1905, y se les exime de toda responsabilidad.
