Contenido de la resolución que otorga la concesión: La resolución que otorgue la concesión contendrá por lo menos la identificación del concesionario, la descripción de la red que se utilizará para la prestación del servicio, el cubrimiento del servicio, las garantías que deba establecer el concesionario para amparar sus obligaciones, el canon de la concesión y la duración de la misma.
