Hacer efectiva la prórroga por el término de tres meses de la medida de suspensión provisional ordenada por la Procuraduría Delegada para la Descentralización y las Entidades Territoriales de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, al señor Óscar Raúl Iván Flórez Chávez, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía número 19.300.804, en su condición de Gobernador del Departamento del Casanare, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la providencia del 4 de abril de 2011 dentro del Expediente D-2009-643-180014.
