Si el fallo del Tribunal Disciplinario fuera absolutorio, el empleado será restituido en su cargo, con derecho a cobrar los sueldos dejados de percibir durante el tiempo que hubiere durado la desvinculación por razón de la providencia recurrida y no se entenderá que ha existido solución de continuidad.
