Incompatibilidad doble Subsidio Familiar . En ningún caso habrá doble reconocimiento de Subsidio Familiar. Cuando los dos cónyuges presten servicio en el ramo de Defensa Nacional, se reconocerá el Subsidio Familiar a favor de quien reciba mayor asignación básica. Si el sueldo básico fuere igual, recibirá el Subsidio el esposo.
