Estructura de la Comisión de Regulación del Transporte. Para el cumplimiento de las funciones que le asigna la ley, el reglamento y demás normas administrativas de la Comisión de Regulación de Transporte tendrá la estructura que de conformidad con la ley determine el Gobierno Nacional. Esta Comisión funcionará de acuerdo con el reglamento que ella misma apruebe. Uno de los Expertos, en forma rotatoria, ejercerá las funciones de Coordinador General de la Comisión de Regulación del Sector Transporte, de acuerdo con dicho reglamento interno.
