El Señor Presidente del Senado de la República es Gran Maestre de la Orden; el señor Presidente de la Cámara de Representantes es Gran Canciller, y el señor Secretario General del Congreso actuará como Secretario del Consejo. Parágrafo. El Secretario General de la Cámara de Representantes, reemplazará al Secretario del Congreso, en sus faltas temporales o absolutas, como Secretario General del Consejo.
