Tanto los planos de que trata el artículo 9º, como los a que se refiere el artículo 2º, son propiedad del interesado, quien deberá presentar los originales acompañados de una copia al Ministerio de industrias, para su registro; el original será devuelto al interesado, y la copia se guardara, con la debida reserva, y con el fin exclusivo de formar el archivo sobre riqueza petrolífera del país y allegar documentos para levantar la carta geológica nacional.
