Acción revocatoria, de simulación y de ineficacia. Podrá demandarse ante el juez del concurso en los términos de los artículos 74, 75 y 76 de la Ley 1116 de 2006, la transferencia de bienes a título de fiducia mercantil con fines de garantía, realizada durante los dieciocho (18) meses anteriores al inicio del proceso de insolvencia, contados al momento del registro del referido contrato.
