A rtículo 5º. Clasificación de empleados oficiales . En los estatutos de los establecimientos públicos, empresas industriales o comerciales del Estado y sociedades de economía mixta , a que se refiere el literal b) del artículo 3, se hará la clasificación correspondiente de los empleados públicos y de los trabajadores oficiales de esas entidades, conforme a las reglas del artículo 5 del Decreto 3135 de 1968 y de este decreto.
