Art. 52. Las funciones de este Consejo son: 1º. Formar cada año el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos del Liceo; 2º. Establecer y determinar todo lo tocante á la Contabilidad y al manejo de las rentas. 3º. Aprobar ó improbar los nombramientos de Catedráticos, los cuales deben ser hechos por el Rector. 4º. Distribuir las enseñanzas que deben darse cada año y señalar los textos de que haya de usarse. 5º. Formar el Reglamento para el régimen interior, y someterlo al examen y aprobación del Gobierno. 6. Exponer al Rector su opinión sobre todos los puntos relativos al gobierno del establecimiento, sobre que la solicite.
