Prohibición para las entidades promotoras de precooperativas . Las entidades promotoras que, so pretexto de propiciar la asociación de personas en forma precooperativa, orienten o utilicen a las Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado, para obtener beneficios en provecho lucrativo de si mismas, serán sancionadas por la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria o el Ministerio de la Protección Social, dentro del marco de sus competencias.
