º. Actuaciones y solicitudes en trámite. Las actuaciones administrativas que se encuentren en curso durante el término de traslado de la documentación, establecido en el artículo segundo de este decreto, de competencia de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, deberán ser culminadas por dicha entidad. Las actuaciones administrativas que se encuentren en trámite en las Cámaras de Comercio, se suspenderán y serán continuadas por la entidad competente para ejercer la inspección, control y vigilancia.
