Art. 4.° Recuérdase á los empleados que deben exigir las seguridades de los responsables del Erario, que si les dan posesión ú ordenan que se les dé sin haber otorgado aquéllas de un modo correcto y entregado el testimonio correspondiente, quedan por el mismo hecho responsables hasta por una suma igual á la señalada como fianza para el ejercicio del empleo, de acuerdo con los artículos 1404, 1405 y 1407 del Código Fiscal.
